REGULAR PRICE AND SALE ITEMS

30 days for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased at regular price and 15 days for merchandise purchased on sale following the purchase date.

Refunds can be made either by mail or in one of our stores. Exchanges can only be made in store.

RETURN POLICY

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Refunds will be made according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you paid for your purchase via PayPal and the item is returned to the store, the return amount will be refunded to you via a gift card.

Promotional Items: Returning items purchased during a promotion may void the terms of that offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new sales terms.

All products that can be returned must be in their original condition, with their original packaging, including accessories, and in the same condition in which they were sent. All of our items have been photographed prior to being offered for sale to record any marks of use they may have.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, who bears the risk of breakage during transport. We, therefore, recommend that you pack your goods well and take out transport insurance.

A gift card cannot be purchased with another gift card.

A Gift Card cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE?

Please contact customer service at sav@2viemobile.com. Our customer service department will confirm that it is possible to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, you must provide us with photos from all angles of the item you are returning as well as the screen of your device showing the IMEI/serial number.

Once we have confirmed this, we will give you a reference number for your return.

Then, please return your purchase to the following address by mail or courier of your choice:

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded unless the goods are returned as defective or due to 2LifeMobile's fault. In this case, the goods must be returned by post only. For more information, please contact our customer service department.

HOW DO I RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES TO A STORE?

Please come to your nearest store within 30 days for regular products and 15 days for sale products from the date of purchase with the following required items:

The original packing slip.

The credit card used to place your order (If you paid by PayPal, the amount of the return will be refunded to you by means of a gift card).

The items you wish to return or exchange.

If your order was shipped in multiple shipments, please make sure you have the packing slip for the items you wish to return or exchange as well as those items.

CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

If the original payment card is not presented, a gift card will be issued.

In-Store Purchases

With original receipt

7 days for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased at regular price and 5 days for merchandise purchased on sale following the purchase date. You will get a refund according to the original method of payment. If you do not present the original payment card, a gift card will be given to you.

Without the original receipt

Exchange of value equal to the last sale price tag in store of the returned merchandise within 7 days at regular price and 5 days for sale products following the purchase date.

No receipt will be given for the exchange.

With gift receipt

Exchange or gift card equal to the original purchase price of the returned merchandise within 7 days for regular priced items and 5 days for sale items following the purchase date.
